Organize the process of preparing the annual budget of the school in all its categories, break it down by month and control its execution.
Prepare the Budget Unit's accounting manual and ensure its correct application.
Prepare and implement the procedure for the economic and workforce recruitment of the Unit.
To periodically issue the financial statements in accordance with the established requirements in terms of time, quality and veracity.
Assess the financial ratios obtained in the management of the unit and ensure that the necessary measures are in place to eradicate deviations.
Design and implement the internal control system based on current legislation.
To guarantee, according to the provisions of each case, the payment of the corresponding taxes of the Budgetary Unit in time and form.
